40ft High-Cube Used Wind & Watertight (WWT) Shipping Container
A used 40ft High-Cube shipping container graded Wind & Watertight (WWT). An extra foot of interior height adds 344 cubic feet of usable space — the most popular base for modification projects.
Description
Built for the job. No surprises on arrival.
Our 40ft High-Cube Used Wind & Watertight (WWT) container gives you a full extra foot of interior height over a standard 40ft — 344 cubic feet of additional usable space. A retired intermodal high-cube box, it is inspected and graded dry and sealed, with fully functional cargo doors and seals. Surface rust, minor dents, and worn or stained floors are normal for this grade and do not affect structural integrity or weather resistance.
- Extra foot of interior height
- 344 cubic feet more than a 40ft standard
- Dry & wind-tight
- Most popular for modification projects
What it holds
- Contents of a 5-bedroom house plus an attic — same footprint as a 40ft but a full foot taller
- 20 double-stacked pallets of light goods — the 9ft clear interior unlocks vertical stacking
- A compact tractor or two dirt bikes — taller gear that will not clear a standard container
- A full home gym with ceiling-mount gear — rack, rig, treadmill, plus room to move
- 2,690 cubic feet of storage across 320 sq ft of floor with a 9ft ceiling
